I AM Conference Registration

You may register for the I AM Conference online, or by filling out the downloadable form (coming soon!) and emailing the completed form to jill.ulven@covchurch.org, faxing it to (773) 596-2494, or mailing to Covenant Events, 8303 West Higgins Road, Chicago, IL 60631.

Please use this form to add workshops or submit any changes to your registration. You can also make payments, cancel, or give your registration to someone else using this form.

Registration Rates

Early: $369 (November 15, 2018 – February 15, 2019)
Regular: $399 (February 16 – May 15, 2019)
Late/On-site: $439 (May 16 – July 18, 2019)

PLEASE NOTE these fees do not include housing.

Balances need to be paid in full prior to receiving registration materials on-site.

Monthly Installments

To pay in monthly installments, make a $100 nonrefundable deposit at the time of registration, and make monthly payments until your balance is due. Indicate your intention to follow this plan when registering, and we will help you set up your payment plan.

Scholarships

Applications will be considered in the order they are submitted. Funds are not guaranteed. Please download an application and follow directions on the form. Your pastor or Women Ministries leader should then forward your completed application to Women Ministries, 8303 West Higgins Road, Chicago, Illinois, 60631.

If you would like to donate to the general I AM Conference Scholarship fund, please send checks made out to the ECC, Women Ministries, 8303 West Higgins Road, Chicago, IL 60631. Be sure to send a note or indicate in the memo section that you would like your funds to go into the I AM Conference Scholarship fund. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

Your I AM Conference registration may be canceled at any time before June 30, 2019. All cancellations must be requested on this form. (Cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone.) For canceled accounts with only a $100 deposit paid, there will be no refund. Canceled accounts that are paid in full will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds after June 30, 2019, except in case of emergency. Tours will not be refunded after July 8 due to reservations requirements.

Substitutions will be accepted, provided the registration and fee paid is the same for the new registrant as the original registrant. Please use this form to submit your substitution request.
